Lead Consultant

David is the leader of the consulting team. He coordinates the activities of the consultants to best meet the needs of the group's clients as well as coordinates outside legal and accounting counsel as needed to deliver.

Analyze

We start with a quick analysis of each new client in order to understand their approach to meeting the HRSA standards.

Review

We review their UDS reports and information gained during our analysis.

Develop

With the information gained we develop a profile of their system and understand their operation, their vision, and approach. We use our reviews with the client to find best care possible for that system.

Engage
