Taylor's background combines IT, cybersecurity, and hands-on operations leadership. He is completing a degree in cybersecurity and manages Microsoft 365 administration and IT systems for FQHC Consultants. That security-first approach matters in health care, where protecting patient data is non-negotiable.

Taylor also brings 5 years of operations leadership in high-volume, multi-shift environments. That work has included staffing and scheduling, compliance and safety standards, team accountability, and service performance under pressure. It shapes how he approaches technology: a system only matters if it works on a busy day, for real staff, at real volume.
